Job description
Our client is looking for an organized, proactive, and friendly team player to take on a mix of HR and office support tasks. In this role, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly, support colleagues with day-to-day needs, and coordinate HR related matters. It’s a hands-on position where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
This position will be supporting the team while a key member is on leave. The expected contract length is 32 weeks.
Key Responsibilities- Take care of general administrative and front office duties.
- Support the VP HR & Administration with administrative tasks, such as HR binders and lease car administration.
- Recruitment activities, such as providing feedback and scheduling.
- Coordinate customer and internal team meetings, book rooms, and manage logistics.
- Support colleagues with scheduling, expense processing, visa applications, presentation formatting, and calendar management.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the team, sometimes for complex itineraries.
- Help plan and deliver onsite and offsite meetings and events, working closely with internal teams.
- Support compliance activities in collaboration with the Legal department.
- Pitch in on other tasks and projects to help the business run smoothly.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, a can-do and supportive attitude is required. You should be quick to learn and have an understanding of how a highly regulated business works. Next to this, here are some hard requirements:
- General office administration, preferably with an HR focus (5+ years);
- Excellent (C1) verbal and written communication in English;
- Familiarity with Excel;
- Living within commutable distance from Amersfoort (within 30 minutes) and willing and able to travel to the Amersfoort office daily;
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands;
Working conditions
For this role, we can offer a temporary contract, with the potential to learn in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry. During this period, you would be on an Undutchables contract, receiving the following benefits.
- 25 holidays per year (based on full-time);
- Compensated travel expenses;

Salary from: €3500,-
Salary to: €4000,-
