Inside Sales Engineer | Scandinavian language

Job description
- Provide assistance to Area Sales Managers in handling quotations and customer orders.
- Edit and record quotations in the ERP system.
- Offer operational support to clients in both pre-sales (factory delivery time inquiries) and post-sales activities (order and delivery confirmation, invoicing, and shipping).
- Foster positive customer relationships.
During the quotation phase:
- Identify products based on customer mechanical and process requirements with support from Applications Engineers.
- Generate commercial quotations using defined tools and price lists.
- Record quotation details in the ERP system and customer service server.
During the order phase:
- Record orders in the ERP system.
- Communicate technical, operational, and quality requirements to the operations department.
- Initiate requests for new designs as needed in specific workflow software.
- Manage quality and project documentation, including datasheets, spare parts lists, and certificates.
- Monitor delivery times and payment schedules.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Candidates with a background in Electrical or Industrial Engineering may also be considered, depending on relevant experience.
- Fluency in Scandinavian languages (Danish/Norwegian/Swedish and/or knowledge of additional European language) is required. Fluency in English is mandatory and proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales is highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing surveys and processing purchase orders is preferred.
- Preferably, have experience in the valve, piping, or instrumentation industry.
- Advantageous to have experience in the process industry, particularly in the Hydrogen or LNG market.
Working conditions
- 1 day a week working from home
- Initial 1 year contract

Salary from: €3400,-
Salary to: €4000,-
