To support their continued growth, they are currently looking for International Trader der to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a financial background who enjoys working in a dynamic international setting and wants to grow into an all-round controlling role.
With a team representing 15 different nationalities, each member brings deep focus to their specific region or market. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do—we regularly exchange insights and identify new opportunities together. By aligning supply and demand across our international network, we create value-driven solutions for both clients and suppliers.
In the role of International Trader, your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively engaging your assigned market to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
  • Managing the full trade process—initiating contact, negotiating terms, and driving deals through to completion.
  • Working closely with Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Handling administrative tasks efficiently to support the successful closing of transactions.
  • Consistently aiming to achieve and surpass targets with a focus on long-term, sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English along with fluency in the language relevant to your target market (German)
  • A tenacious, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to obstacles.
  • Motivated and goal-driven, with a strong desire to exceed performance expectations.
  • Flexible and resilient, thriving in fast-paced and ever-evolving settings.
  • Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Sharp analytical thinking paired with a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or the Trading sector is a strong advantage.
