Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our client, an innovative and fast-growing global company. In this role, you will oversee and optimize supply chain and logistics operations to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with internal teams, brand managers, suppliers, and colleagues across different regions.
- Lead Global Operations: Collaborate with a team of Logistics and Supply Chain Managers to coordinate loyalty programs internationally
- Support Local Teams: Work closely with logistics teams in various countries to assist with program setup, production planning, and issue resolution.
- Manage Supply Chain Data: Maintain and update packaging and supplier flexibility databases to ensure smooth project management.
- Evaluate Performance: Support the assessment and improvement of loyalty program executions.
- Optimize Processes: Monitor and enhance key supply chain metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote Sustainability: Consider environmental impact and ensure the supply chain aligns with sustainability goals.
- Travel: Be open to occasional international travel to other offices
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of international experience in supply chain or logistics
- Experience in Retail or the FCMG sector
- Bachelor or master degree in logistics
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Quick learner, capable of multitasking, staying focused, and adapting to new challenges.
- Skilled in executing detailed tasks under tight deadlines.
- Effective both as part of a team and when working independently.
- Demonstrates a sense of ownership and pride in work, understanding its impact on overall success.
Working conditions
