Machine Operator & Logistic Support | B1-B2 Dutch

Job description
As a part of the production team, the machine operator takes care of the entire production process of industrial fragrances (liquid) through the use of highly automated process equipment.Main Responsibilities:
- Empty packages are placed on the conveyor belt, while full packages are removed and prepared for processing by our compounders.
- Raw materials are gathered and returned to their designated spots, often using a pallet truck or forklift.
- The machine's tanks are consistently filled with raw materials and never left empty, with refills occurring daily.
- Minor malfunctions in the machinery are addressed and fixed.
- You will follow safety regulations and wear the required personal protective equipment.
- Your workspace is consistently kept clean and organized.
Additional Logistical Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Ensure orders are properly prepared for shipment.
- Repackage larger product quantities into smaller containers.
- Label and pack items.
- Pick goods for shipment.
- Arrange and book shipments.
- Communicate regularly with our carriers and report shipments to them.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a production line or machine operator
- Fluent English and a minimum of B1-B2 Dutch
- Able to commit to physical work (carrying heavy goods with the assistance of equipment; batches can be anywhere between a few kilos per batch to several tons; 25kg on average)
- Independent, responsible, and hard worker
- Good sense of humor, team worker, and positive mindset
- Aptitude for the computer and machinery
- Located in the Almere area and has a work permit for the Netherlands (no sponsorship possible)
Working conditions
- Start is ASAP
- 40 hours a week - standard schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00.
