Quality and Operation Coordinator

Job description
As a Quality & Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Quality Managers and Operations Manager to lead and support a range of initiatives. These include maintaining and enhancing quality standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certification standards within our client, as well as managing purchasing, planning, supplier engagement, and overseeing production.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize the ERP system, Epicor, to support business operations by issuing Purchase Orders, planning demand and production, and engaging with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
- Ensure the upkeep of TISAX certification.
- Organize and participate in both internal and external quality audits.
- Manage our customer compliance portals.
- Draft and monitor risk analyses, RI&E, environmental aspect analyses, and annual environmental compliance plans.
- Partner with various departments.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Experience in managing and analyzing data sets in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is beneficial.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality, operations, or QMS audit role.
- Experience with ISO certifications.
- Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a pre.
- Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is an advantage.
