In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of Market Intelligence Analysts to delve into market data, extracting insights that will drive strategic decisions and innovations. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the organization's competitive edge and market positioning.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Market Intelligence Analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and execute robust market research strategies to uncover emerging trends and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics, including pricing trends, supply and demand patterns, and industry developments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Utilize cutting-edge data analytics tools and methodologies to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry shifts, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends to anticipate market movements.
Requirements
- A master in data analytics, majoring in finance or economics
- Fluent in English
- You currently live near Roermond
- 3+ years of experience in market intelligence, financial analysis, or another related field
- Leadership experience, analytical, great communication skills
- you possess the following skills: financial awareness, customer focus, relationship building, teamwork, management and responsibility
- knowledge of related software and tools. Excel / Power BI Query and coding languages such as Python
Working conditions
Benefits:- a 7 month contract followed by a 1 year contract, and afterwards a permanent contract
- travel allowance: 23 cents per km for 50 km one-way
- 26 holidays (excluding national holidays)
