Job description
Our client is seeking a talented Onsite IT Support Engineer Team Lead to join their team.
In this role, you will
manage a team that provides top-notch technical support directly at their clients' locations, playing a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of issues with hardware, software, and operating systems
- Manage the operations of the IT Engineering team
- Install, upgrade, and support end-user workspace hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video/conference equipment
- Analyze and resolve errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Deploy software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies
- Document your problem-solving approach and resolutions in a ticketing system
- Manage IT assets effectively and efficiently
Requirements
Who are you?- Bilingual fluency in Dutch and English
- Previous experience as a Team Lead in IT Engineering
- Experience as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Experience with onsite support and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Windows and a variety of software applications
- Experience with basic network troubleshooting and administration
- Strong customer-oriented approach and resilient personality
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus

Salary from: €4000,-
