Job description
As an
Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical support to client at their location. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Work independently or as part of a team to support end users
- Install, upgrade, support, and resolve issues related to end-user hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video/conference equipment
- Analyze system errors, maintain hardware, perform workstation installations/removals, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Deploy software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Perform asset management and inventory tracking
- Provide backfill support for hardware and software orders when required
Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch (C1-C2) and English (C1)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Onsite IT Support Engineer
- A valid driving license is required, company car is provided
- Experience with on-site IT support and working with ticketing systems
- Familiar with Windows OS, macOS, and various software applications
- Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS), mobile device configuration (Apple and Android), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong customer-focused approach
