Job description
As a Product Manager, your core objective is to uphold uninterrupted product availability across current and forthcoming projects on a global scale. Working hand in hand with the Category Sourcing team, you'll serve as the focal point of expertise for product assortments and concepts within your designated categories and franchises.
Your responsibilities encompass overseeing product categories within each franchise, including lead management, product development, and ensuring precise product data management. Success in this role hinges on your ability to adeptly navigate challenges such as evolving requirements and tight deadlines while consistently propelling product development and delivery forward. Crucially, you'll keep both internal teams and external stakeholders well-informed throughout the process. More responsibilities include:
- Overseeing product management across various franchises, spearheading the formulation of product strategies and conducting thorough analyses.
- Supervising product lifecycles, both in the short and long term, which includes meticulous data and inventory management.
- Taking the lead on projects for new product development driven by pitches or portfolio strategies, ensuring proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with product management.
- Serving as the central repository of product knowledge, furnishing essential product and category insights to pertinent internal and external teams as needed.
- Exercising leadership in projects, clearly articulating desired outcomes and providing guidance to achieve those objectives.
- Participating in client meetings upon request to showcase the most beneficial features of products and linking them to the customer's primary challenges.
- Compiling and summarizing report data for easy comprehension.
Requirements
- Possess over 5 years of hands-on experience in product or category management
- Experience in the FMCG, licensing, retail or entertainment industry is a must. Familiarity in international kids' brands is a very big plus.
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrate proficiency in effectively communicating intricate concepts.
- In-depth understanding of business dynamics and market trends
- Adeptness in fostering partnerships and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Exhibit a strong customer-centric approach and a keen sense of commercial acumen.
- You are located in the den Bosch area.

Salary is dependent on your experience. Other benefits include:
