Job description
As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for:- Identifying and securing new suppliers to expand the product portfolio
- Managing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply
- Overseeing the key distributor account, ensuring all needs and requirements are met
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for the company
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Monitoring market trends to anticipate changes and adjust procurement strategies accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the procurement process
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to support the account's growth and success
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or in a similar procurement role (a plus if it is within the FMCG industry)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex supplier relationships and key accounts
- Proficiency in market analysis and procurement strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with suppliers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus

Salary from: €4000,-
