Join our client’s dynamic and rapidly growing global team in Den Bosch as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee the entire process for kids & family projects, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to turn commercial opportunities into reality. Key responsibilities include:
  • Project Reporting: Create detailed project review reports and presentations, including essential information and recommendations, to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate progress evaluation.
  • Task Implementation: Execute assigned tasks to support workstream and project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and adherence to organizational project management standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders by organizing meetings, events, and other activities.
  • Document Management: Prepare complex documents using various IT applications, compiling and summarizing data for special reports.
  • Requirement Documentation: Document project/process requirements, validate entries with original users, and define testing scripts and verification criteria, maintaining thorough documentation and traceability.
  • Risk Management: Assist in managing risks and preventing issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issues logs.
  • Product Data Management: Create and maintain product master data.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek new ideas and identify ways to enhance existing operations.
  • Research and Support: Conduct research, workshops, and other activities to support project deliverables.
  • Contract Management: Assist with certain contract management tasks.
  • Product Documentation and Training: Draft product documentation and user training materials to support project handovers, and contribute to post-project reviews to identify key takeaways.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Document finalized and approved stakeholder points, ensuring timelines are met and client and supplier agreements are fulfilled. Approve samples, packaging, ranges, content, key visuals, and POS materials.
This role requires a proactive approach to fulfilling client agreements and delivering the end product to meet high standards.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of PM experience with kids brands (for example, disney, harry potter, star wars, etc.)
  • Experience in the licensing industry with knowledge of brand requirements and approval processes is preferred
  • You have strong communication and project management skills. You also can work under pressure and take ownership of your work
  • You speak English fluently (C1 at least).
  • You are organized and social, yet unafraid to challenge status quo
  • You are detail-oriented. You're also able to provide recommendations for resolving challenges
  • you live in the den Bosch area. Also, Our client does NOT provide sponsorship.

Working conditions

Our client prefers that candidates provide a salary indication first before the salary range is discussed.
Furthermore, our client offers:
  • Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day at home)
  • Travel allowance
  • Lunch
  • a direct contract with the company (first 1 year and then permanent)
