Job description

We are seeking two Senior Associate QA professionals to support quality assurance activities during production, labeling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products. You will work on-site in Breda in a rotating shift structure, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and facilitating batch review processes to support global distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide QA support on the production floor, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Perform batch record reviews and approve data entries prior to and during production activities.
• Act as first point of contact for production-related quality queries and deviations.
• Conduct in-process checks and finished product reviews during packaging and labeling operations.
• Author, review, and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Participate in GMP training delivery and support QA projects and investigations.

Requirements

• MBO or BSc in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of QA or manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, and/or GCP compliance.
• Experience with batch record review and deviation handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Working conditions

• Three-shift rotation: early (06:30–15:00), late (14:30–23:00), night (22:30–07:00).
• On-site presence required during shifts.
• Competitive salary package, with extra compensation for the shifting
• Travel expense reimbursement depending on commute distance.
