Job description

What will you do?
As Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and taking ownership of the in-store sales process. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, upholding brand standards, and contributing to the shop's overall performance.

• Deliver personalized customer service throughout the sales process, including advising on products, managing transactions, and resolving issues.
• Support day-to-day shop operations, including stock control, inventory, order processing, and back-of-house organization.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the shop is consistently tidy and aligned with brand presentation guidelines.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values such as creativity, sustainability, and a spirit in every customer interaction.
• Understand customer preferences and needs to offer tailored solutions, alternatives, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Gain solid knowledge of the product range, including materials, sizing, delivery timelines, and key brand identity points.

Requirements

Who are you?

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), as the store attracts an international clientele.
• Availability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts as part of a team. Working in the morning, afternoon and/ or weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with previous experience in customer-facing roles and a proven ability to drive sales.
• A proactive, energetic, customer-centric mindset with a focus on results and team collaboration.
• Confidence in identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
• You live in Utrecht (travel cost will not be reimbursed)
• You must have a valid working - & residence permit for the Netherlands. Our client does not offer sponsorship.
• Candidates who are living abroad will not be considered.

Working conditions

Start date: 16 June 2025The hourly salary is EUR 17.37 per hour gross, excl. holiday money 8%You will be employed directly by our client, starting with an initial 7-month contract.The position is for 30 hours per week, spread across 5 working days, and includes rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and weekends).
