Job description
The Sales Coordinator supports commercial logistics activities, handling client communication, managing business leads, and ensuring smooth handovers to operations. The role requires a proactive approach to prioritizing leads, issuing competitive quotes, and facilitating project coordination.Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Quote Management: Prioritize leads, prepare quotes, and address client needs quickly.
- Project Handover: Ensure smooth transitions from sales to operations with clear specs and costs.
- Vendor & Cost Coordination: Manage vendor relations and cost accuracy.
- Billing & Aftercare: Verify invoices and conduct post-sale reviews.
- System Implementation: Support the rollout of the new Warehouse Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain principles
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; willingness to travel
- YOU HAVE A VALID WORKING PERMIT AND YOU LIVE ALREADY IN THE NETHERLANDS
