Are you a real technical problem solver and do you have a hands-on mentality? Then read along:For this role we are looking for a Quality Aftersales Representative who will be working on the technical claims. You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the quality and sales team to solve customer problems in an effective way and improve the product quality
- Being the first point of contact for Customer Claims
- Improving and managing the Technical Claim Process in Europe
- Collaborating with product management to work on technical issues and new product development
- Being responsible for operational management and the maintenance for spare parts
- Investigating the technical claims and assess them. Note this can include customer onsite visits
- Reporting and documenting technical complaints
- Monitoring of the failure rates for products in the market and act upon that
- Providing financial overviews to management
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
- 2-3 Years of experience in quality or after sales preferably in an international setting
- A degree in electrical/engineering/technical education
- Full time availability
- Fluent in English. Dutch or German are a plus!
- Technical expertise in electrical equipment
- Knowledge in lighting products is a plus
