Job description

What will you do?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with relevant experience in sales / logistics administration to join our dynamic and fast-growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to contribute to a company experiencing strong momentum and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Purchase Agreements and support the team in the preparation of the agreements
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations
  • Review payment terms and issue proforma invoices when required for payment processing
  • Manage and process sales orders via online platforms such as Shopify, Decathlon, Bol.com
  • Address customer inquiries and follow up on payments
  • Manage accounts receivable, including the issuance of sales invoices and matching incoming payments
  • Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance by team; review findings with team leaders
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual sales closing activities
  • Generate sales-related reports as needed

Requirements

Who are you?
We are looking for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support our sales operations in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written); additional languages such as Dutch is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales administration or logistics is a must
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Exact
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

Working conditions

  • This is a long term position
  • Our client offers an initial one-year employment contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance 
  • The salary is between EUR 3750 - EUR 4200 per month gross, based on full time (the salary is depending on work experience and education)
