Job description
- Lead and manage a team of 5 sales professionals, setting targets and ensuring their success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ethnic supermarkets and other retail partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients to expand market reach.
- Travel in Europe (~30%) to meet clients and explore new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure product availability and market demand alignment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proven track record in sales management within the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel in Europe (30% of your time)
- Full-time availability in the office
- You are located close to Katwijk (Noord Brabant)
Working conditions
- A direct contract with our client
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel cost allowance of €0,21 per kilometer
