Job description
We’re in search of a motivated and collaborative sales professional with excellent communication skills, a passion for product and retail, and strong business planning capabilities. You thrive in matrixed environments and know how to influence across functions and levels.In this role, you’ll take ownership of a strategic partnership within the Kids segment, with responsibilities including:
- Planning and Forecasting: Lead account planning efforts, building scenarios and forecasts based on deep knowledge of the category, consumer behavior, partner needs, brand direction, and the overall marketplace.
- Marketplace and Partner Leadership: Ensure premium product and story presentation, both digitally and in-store, aligned with our unified market strategy.
- Sell-in Experience: Collaborate during the sell-in process and co-manage the end-to-end experience, partnering with internal teams (e.g. merchandising, operations) to deliver a best-in-class approach.
- Retail Engagement: Maintain a consistent presence in the market through store visits, staff trainings, and competitive research — ensuring the partnership is activated effectively at retail, within budget.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Account Management, ideally within Sales, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, or Merchandising.
- Strong partner management skills, including forecasting, hindsight analysis, and assortment planning.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to balance operational execution with a strategic, long-term view.
Working conditions
This is a full-time position set to end in December 2025.The contract is run through Undutchables.Salary from: €3200,-
