Who are we looking for?You will act as a Sales Support Specialist for the Benelux market. You will collaborate with the team in Eindhoven and focus on French, English and Dutch-speaking clients. Furthermore, you'll play a crucial role in the acquisition process, including:

• Calculating projects
• Providing prospects with essential information
• Coordinate incoming leads
• Ensure smooth sales process from start to finish
• Handle incoming orders post-sale
• Collaborate with project management for transferring project information into ERP system
• Ensure completeness of project file for Project Delivery team takeover

Requirements

Here is what we're looking for:

• You've got at least 3-4 years of recent work experience as a sales support employee
• We're looking for someone who's full of energy and enthusiasm and has a higher vocational education level.
• You speak both English and Dutch fluently. French is a big plus!
• Bonus points if you have experience with Navision and Microsoft Office, especially Excel!
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to ask questions and say no when necessary
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in business calls
• Friendly and approachable attitude towards customers and colleagues
