Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Service Desk Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving IT incidents, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution. You will be part of a dynamic environment where collaboration and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and handle incidents through the ticketing system
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Collaborate actively with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure adherence to timelines (SLA) and maintain ticket flow
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business clients

Requirements

  • Basic IT knowledge is required; prior experience in an IT Service Desk environment is preferred.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing priorities efficiently
  • Preferably familiar with Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Fluent in both Dutch (C1-C2) and English (C1).
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation is necessary. Night shifts are infrequent, typically occurring only once per month. Shifts scheduled after 6:00 PM can be performed remotely.

  • The base salary is €2,500 gross per month, with an additional 16% shift allowance, bringing the total gross monthly compensation to approximately €2,900.
