Supply Chain Analyst

Job description
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing product flow and inventory management across retail locations.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage inventory levels to ensure alignment with financial targets, merchandising strategies, and store performance.
- Monitor and maintain smooth outbound product flows from the Distribution Center to stores, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Utilize and optimize replenishment systems to support consistent product availability and operational continuity.
- Develop and implement markdown strategies that drive sales and minimize excess inventory.
- Consolidate and communicate size and location-based performance metrics, including inventory-to-sales ratios, seasonality trends, and promotional/marketing impacts.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify profit opportunities and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Distribution Center, and Business Unit teams to align on future financial and inventory strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights to support buying strategies and support cross-functional decision-making
Requirements
Job Requirements:- Experience in supply chain analytics, merchandising planning, or inventory management; preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Solid understanding of inventory flow, replenishment systems, and retail operations.
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or financial goal tracking is a plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Detail oriented with a strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
