Job description
Your responsibilities include:- Drive sales growth in dental and medical sectors by presenting premium, recognized, and exclusive products to meet budget targets.
- Engage in prospecting and cultivating customer loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and order forms following sales policies, incorporating considerations like discounts, margins, and volumes.
- Analyze customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at professional events such as trade fairs, congresses, and dental faculties.
- Efficiently manage tour schedules to optimize coverage and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with superiors to create impactful sales pitches.
- Maintain regular activity reporting through CRM systems.
- Actively participate in sales meetings.
- Provide insights on field feedback and propose potential sales actions.
Requirements
What do we expect from you?- Proficiency in Dutch, French is definitely a plus!
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM systems.
Working conditions
This concerns a temporary role at the beginning, which will be extended, for 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.ÂSalary from: €4000,-
