Job description

The goal of the Maintenance Technician & Warehouse will be to perform the maintenance of the machines and make sure that it is carried on smoothly with fast reactivity to maximize efficiency, profits and maintain customers SLA’s. You will also make sure that the Warehouse is safe. As a Maintenance Technician & Warehouse your main activities will be: • Perform all the monthly test cards on the machines• Perform monthly and 6 monthly maintenance and adjustments mandated by Quality• Troubleshoot, replacement of spare parts and logs all machine issues in the machine logbook• Using/Update Q-pulse where needed (calibration, maintenance, training)• Receive and process of incoming stock and materials, picking, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse • Accurate transactions in ERP system• Make sure that the warehouse is safe, clean and free of any health risks, and handle issues with equipment• Control inventory levels to keep the database up to date• Arrange toners/overlay pickup for recycling/destruction• Ensure proper documentation for incoming inspections is handed over to Quality• Pallets must be placed in designated areas max 48 hours after receipt• Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately• Comply with procedures, rules, regulations and health and safety best practices• Report to line manager unsafe acts (employees, contractors) and resolve health and safety issues immediately•Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

Requirements:·        English on a C1 level·        Engineering, Technical or Mechanical skills (maintenance of machines)·      Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics·       Organizational and time management skills·        Hands on and proactive·        Flexible ·        Reliable and trustworthy
