Job description
This role offers the opportunity to combine customer contact, travel advice, and administrative tasks in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.- Provide excellent customer service with a smile, advising clients about their travel plans.
- Make and manage reservations while keeping track of all bookings.
- Handle ticketing and mailing tasks efficiently.
- Work with reservation systems (experience is a plus, but not required).
Requirements
- You speak fluently Turkish, English and/or Dutch
- You are customer-oriented and solution-focused.
- You are accurate, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in a travel agency is an advantage, but not essential.
- You are based in the Eindhoven area (within 35 km).
Working conditions
