Ilse Visser and Judith van der Klundert founded Undutchables on the 5th of February 1996 in an attic in Amstelveen. Of course, recruitment agencies already excited around that time. But they dared to dream further, even across borders and saw the need for an international recruitment agency in the Netherlands, with Undutchables making its name as the pioneer in international recruitment.
And Undutchables has been a pioneer for over 25 years now and has helped more than 12760 candidates find their dream job. Ever growing and developing. Of course our headquarters can still be found in Amstelveen but that certainly doesn’t mean we have been idle in the meantime. You can now find us in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag, and Eindhoven. Which means we have a huge network all over the Netherlands for you to benefit from!
