Job description
For the 3PL team in Hoofddorp we are looking for 3PL Depot and Repair Centre Supervisor. An excellent opportunity for an analytical, continuous improvement-driven professional.
As a 3PL Depot and Repair Supervisor, you will play a key role in controlling the infrastructure of their depot and repair network to ensure the agreed handling and administration of their functional and nonfunctional assets and stock. You will be responsible for performance analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all network functions. Key responsibilities include ongoing performance evaluation, dashboard management, reporting, and stock inventory control to enhance the performance of the companies depots and repair centres/locations. You will report directly to the Depot Network Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory management (stock counting)
- Support quality management (reporting, dashboards, training, etc.)
- Support in resolving customer complaints
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop expertise in depot and repair centre partner performance, making a real impact in optimizing the company unit operations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills; ability to translate partner performance insights into actionable business strategies.
- A collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with, and experience in, outsourced third-party warehousing and service level agreements is an advantage.

Working conditions
- 40 hours per week available
- Hybrid working, 2 days in the office - 3 days from home
- Willingness to travel regularly for location visits
