Job description

We are looking for a Senior Associate Supply Chain to join a fast-paced international team. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in managing product changes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating lifecycle activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep supply chain operations aligned, compliant, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute change control activities across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and external partners
• Track and manage product lifecycle events such as new product introductions, discontinuations, and transfers
• Maintain and update Master Data (e.g., BOMs, materials) in alignment with change controls
• Monitor timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards
• Act as a point of contact for operational planning and change-related communication across departments
• Support Product Life Cycle Team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Life Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in a regulated (pharmaceutical or biotech) environment
• Understanding of change control, product lifecycle management, and master data processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Tech savvy able to work on multiple platform and willing to learn

Working conditions

• Hybrid role: on-site in Breda 2–3 times per week
• Contract via Undutchables with a competitive salary package
• Travel expense reimbursement based on commute distance
