Job description

We are seeking a commercially driven Branch Manager to lead the Aerospace division of a growing technical organization based in the Netherlands. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for both the commercial and operational performance of the business.As the head of a small but dynamic team, you will take a hands-on approach to managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.This role combines strategic vision with day-to-day execution and is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience, technical product knowledge, and a solid track record in team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all departments to ensure smooth, effective daily operations
  • Lead the commercial strategy, including account management and business development
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers through regular visits
  • Develop and execute business plans aligned with overall company objectives
  • Supervise purchasing activities and manage supplier agreements based on demand
  • Oversee order processing, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and market positioning
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards (ISO 9001:2015, EN 9120:2018)

Requirements

Education & Experience
  • University degree in Business, Management, or a related field — or equivalent senior-level experience
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in B2B sales environments
  • Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defence industry is required
  • Background in technical sales or distribution is preferred
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or D365

Working conditions

  • Annual salary of €100.000 (€80.000 base pay plus bonuses)
