Job description

As an Internal Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with industrial clients. You will handle incoming leads, guide clients through the quotation process, and oversee sales from start to finish. You will provide tailored advice based on each client’s needs and ensure a smooth process from initial contact to order completion. The role is dynamic, involving both problem-solving and strategic thinking, and offers plenty of opportunities for personal growth and career development.
What the Role Involves
  • Communicating effectively with clients at various levels, from managers to directors.
  • Understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Managing the full sales process, from inquiries to order completion.
  • Working independently while collaborating with colleagues to achieve results.


Requirements

  • Completed MBO level 4 education in a commercial field.
  • Affinity with technology and/or experience in technical or lab roles.
  • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Teams, webinars, social media) and a willingness to innovate.
  • Structured, team-oriented, and able to achieve results in a positive working environment.

Working conditions
