Job description

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Development & Marketing Executive to support our Sales team, internal departments, and customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing performance reports, conducting business analysis, and monitoring market trends to provide valuable insights that drive commercial success.Your key responsibilities include gathering market intelligence, coordinating customer surveys and product campaigns, and generating actionable insights to enhance sales performance. You'll also develop and maintain a clear, strategic marketing plan to strengthen brand visibility and engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development & Marketing Executive include:
  • Developing overviews and conducting analysis on market trends, trade developments, and customer data
  • Maintaining and managing segmentation of agency sales
  • Monitoring sales performance and ensuring accuracy in sales compensation
  • Supporting the target-setting process and ensuring the quality and relevance of targets provided by trade teams
  • Creating tools and resources to support the sales function
  • Generating reports and conducting data quality checks within the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Extracting and analyzing market insights using CRM data
  • Gathering market intelligence and benchmarking data, as well as coordinating customer surveys and product marketing campaigns
  • Creating marketing communications and sales support materials (e.g., sales toolkits)
  • Ensuring alignment with Business Value pillars and that sales processes are adhered to by sales teams
  • Participating in the implementation of new projects and processes (e.g., AQUA / NOVA)
  • Collaborating with departments such as Finance, Customer Service, and ILS to support process improvement
  • Monitoring local charges and tracking local revenue performance
  • Contributing to various projects and identifying new market opportunities

Requirements

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French is a preference
  • High degree of decision quality and problem solving skills 
  • Customer focused and result driven 
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Please be advised that visa sponsorship is not provided by our client. All applicants must already reside in the Netherlands and possess the legal right to live and work here without any restrictions.
