Job description

We are looking for an Associate Clinical Supply Chain to support the setup of global supply chains for clinical trials. You will play a key role in ensuring GMP- and GDP-compliant processes, managing master data, coordinating study start-up activities, and supporting global teams to ensure timely clinical supply availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate master data management in ERP (SAP), including label material requests, BOMs, WBS elements, and study design tables.
  • Initiate and monitor the artwork creation process and manage related documentation.
  • Create and maintain study-specific product specification files and depot plans.
  • Support global setup leads in cross-functional supply chain tasks.
  • Track metrics and contribute to workforce planning and reporting cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, life sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in a regulated (GxP) environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP and supply chain principles (e.g., BOM, planning).
  • Strong MS Office skills and fluency in English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
  • Only candidates currently residing in the Netherlands and holding a valid work permit will be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Working conditions

  • Hybrid role: 2–3 days per week on-site in Breda.
  • International and regulated working environment.
  • Contract via Undutchables with competitive compensation.
  • Travel cost reimbursement based on distance.

Salary from: €3700,-
Salary to: €3900,-
