Join our esteemed client's team in a pivotal role as a Compliance Officer, where your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business partners to uphold compliance standards and drive excellence within the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• crafting, implementing, and managing comprehensive compliance programs and strategic plans
• conducting regular assessments and audits to evaluate compliance effectiveness, identify areas for enhancement, and implement mitigating controls
• analyzing and synthesizing risk and compliance-related data to generate insightful reports, including considerations such as GDPR and ESG
• serving as a guardian of policies and processes, ensuring understanding and compliance throughout the organization
• providing expert guidance and facilitating training sessions for staff on compliance matters.
• contributing to the development and implementation of processes, policies, and procedures pertaining to various risk and compliance topics
• cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners to foster collaboration and mutual success.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language. German is a big plus to have.
• 3-5 years of experience as a compliance officer in the financial sector.
• A finance degree if you do have compliance officer experience, but not in the financial sector
• analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• ability to work independent and as a team worker
• you currently live close to den Bosch. Our client does NOT offer sponsorship.
