Job description

You'll be overseeing audits from beginning to end, either on-site with clients or remotely, ensuring they're conducted efficiently and effectively under the guidance of a Delivery Manager. A thorough grasp of client requirements and satisfaction is crucial for responsive action.
Project management is integral to this role, necessitating skillful time management for conducting thorough AP audits from inception to completion while ensuring organizational alignment.
While you'll have diverse responsibilities throughout the audit process, the primary accountability lies with the Delivery Manager. Your role involves assisting them in delivering exemplary audits and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
As a financial analyst, your duties include scrutinizing and validating financial statements and data, followed by offering counsel based on your findings. This entails identifying discrepancies, cross-referencing client ERP systems with invoices/credit notes, and providing insights.
Effective stakeholder management is pivotal, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and concise communication.

Requirements

- C1+ Dutch an/or German + excellent English-A minimum Bachelor/HBO level of education and thinking.-3-6 years of experience in business administration, with a solid understanding of accounting.-Proficiency in the procure-to-pay process and accounts payable (AP) is essential.-Hands-on experience with (financial) ERP systems, particularly SAP.-Demonstrated experience in project management.-Ability to effectively communicate with clients.-Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time).-Strong analytical and communication abilities.-Possession of a valid driver’s license (B category)
