Customer Care Specialist | English & Dutch

Job description
Role Overview: In this role, you will manage Customer Care for the EMEA market, acting as a friendly face of our client.Key Responsibilities:
- Hande customer inquiries with care and providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration among Sales, Technical Service, and Logistics teams.
- Order Management by using internal tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Esker and the other MS Office tools.
- Participate in other tasks as needed, such as tender management and customer care related projects.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities and skills:- B2B Customer Service experience.
- Fluent in English & Dutch. Any additional language from the following list, is a plus: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Russian
- Familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Be located in the Netherlands and able to work in their office in Nijmegen.
Working conditions
