Sales Support Associate (3 Days/Week)

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to provide vital support to our client's sales teams located in the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. This role will be the communication hub between sales, customers, and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order processing and excellent customer experience.
  • Order Management: Accurately enter customer orders into the CRM system and send timely order confirmations to customers.
  • Coordination: Maintain continuous and clear communication with the Warehouse Manager in the Netherlands to track stock availability, order status, and dispatch schedules.
  • Internal Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the sales teams and the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless information flow and problem resolution.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries related to order confirmations and shipment updates professionally and promptly.
  • Additional Support: Assist the sales and warehouse teams with various administrative and operational tasks, including those that may fall outside the traditional sales support scope.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to customers; follow up on outstanding payments when necessary
Please note that our client is not a registered organization with the IND, therefore we are not looking for candidates who require sponsorship to gain a work permit.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support and order processing as this role requires someone who can quickly adapt and take ownership with minimal handover.
  • Office Presence: Work from the office three days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), supporting a collaborative team environment. Please note that this is a part-time role for 3 days per week!
  • Languages: Fluency in English and at least one other European language is essential. Dutch language skills are a strong plus due to the predominantly Dutch customer base but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Friendly, focused, and adaptable with a strong customer service orientation. Able to multitask and support the team beyond the defined responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
  • Location: You are currently located close to Eindhoven.
