Customer Operations Specialist | Dutch and English

Job description
Would you like to work in the fashion industry? We are looking for a English speaking Customer Operations Specialist to join their Customer Operations team in Amsterdam. Any other extra language is seen as an advantage.In this role you will report to the Team Leader of Customer Operations and work closely with the Customer Operations team, taking over tasks during the absence of colleagues or whenever the workload requires.
Your goal is monitoring and optimizing the customer experience. You will:
- Respond to customer questions and needs ie. order POS Materials and track orders
- Deal quickly with complaints, in accordance with discount and remakes guidelines
- Share lessons learned for improvement
- Monitor outstanding and on-hold orders as well as change orders on request
- Ensure borrowed suits are returned properly
- Give discounts to partners and maintain an overview
- Schedule weekly individual meetings to review and follow up on operations with consultants
- Participate in projects to improve operational excellence and increase customer satisfaction
- Work with other departments to align different initiatives
Requirements
- Dutch C2 level and fluent in English
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service position
- Good command of Excel
- A flexible approach with a positive, can-do mindset
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work to strict deadlines

Salary from: €2700,-
