Your main objective is to create an efficient, welcoming, and well-managed work environment for all employees and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include:
  •  Managing all office operations, including ordering supplies, handling incoming mail and calls, and maintaining a tidy and professional workspace.
  •  Coordinating with external vendors and service providers, such as IT support, cleaning companies, and building management.
  •  Providing administrative support to the HR manager with tasks like onboarding new hires, coordinating training, and organizing employee engagement activities.
  •  Assisting the management and sales teams with secretarial tasks, including arranging business travel, scheduling meetings, and processing expense reports.
  •  Organizing and executing corporate events, from team lunches and Friday afternoon drinks ("VrijMiBo") to larger company parties.
  •  Acting as a backup for the financial officer by assisting with invoice administration and other financial-administrative tasks.
  •  Handling various administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, translating documents, and preparing presentations.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are a clear and friendly communicator, service-minded, and enjoy being the go-to person for your colleagues, handling all requests with efficiency and a positive mindset.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  •  Fluency in English (C2 level, spoken and written) and professional working proficiency in Dutch (B2 level or higher).
  •  Proven experience in a similar role, such as Office Manager, Team Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  •  Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  •  The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  •  A service-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  •  Experience with basic HR or financial administrative support is considered a plus.
  • A driver's license is a plus, but not a must.

Please note that our client is unable to provide sponsorship for a work permit, and this position is not open to candidates requiring relocation.

Working conditions

  •  A competitive gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000, based on your experience and skills.
  •  A full-time position within a professional and international team.
  •  This is a fully office-based role to ensure you can be the central point of contact for the team.
  •  A good pension scheme and 8% holiday allowance.
  •  Travel expense reimbursement.
