Job description
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers and potential prospects, ensuring they have an excellent user experience. Together with the relationship managers, you will be the face of the company.

You are passionate about delivering great service and ensuring customer inquiries—received through various channels such as chat, email, and phone—are handled thoroughly. You will keep customer records up to date and assist with customer requests. Additionally, you will act as a key bridge between the relationship managers and other departments within the organization, such as Customer Due Diligence, Communications, and Operations.
Your Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers and potential prospects, primarily through the chat function, but also via phone and email.
Ensure customers have a smooth experience: assist with account openings, verify whether all required information has been received, and check customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. If additional information is needed, you will request it from the customer.
Act as the primary contact person for the custodian bank, where customers’ investment accounts are held.
Accurately document all interactions and administrative tasks.
Depending on your interests, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, such as liaising with intermediaries or supporting acquisition efforts.
Requirements
Fluency in both Dutch and French (essential for the role).
Experience in customer service and/or strong affinity with customer interaction.
Some knowledge of investments, annuity, or pension products is a plus.
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
Strong administrative skills and a hands-on attitude.
Flexibility to occasionally work evening or weekend shifts.
