Job description

General Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with their dealers- Technical knowledge and support of their product portfolio- Provide excellent customer service- Issue and follow-up on quotations- Handle customer requests- Coordinate the School attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers)

Requirements

Must have skills- 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department- A C2 level of the English language and excellent communication skills- At least 2 years working with the UK market in a customer service environment (preferable lived in the UK as well)- Technically literate or have affinity with technical products- Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environmentYou must have a valid working permitYou must be living close to Amersfoort
