Job description
Do you speak French and English? Are you enthusiastic and pro active?Are you able to provide the Sales Support?Then we are looking for you!
These are what your responsibilities :
- Handling the phone calls and emails. .
- Support the Sales Representatives.
- Handling the complaints.
- Proactive to inform and approach customers for the products, price and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Fluent level of French AND English
- Energetic, Problem solving, Service oriented and Positive Personality
- Able to prioritize and work under the pressure
Working conditions
