Customer Success Specialist | German or French

Job description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the key link between our international customers and the optimal functioning of their locker management systems. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing support to customers after the onboarding process and following project delivery.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in case of any issues (support desk).
- Conducting on-site training for users to ensure they effectively utilize our systems.
- Managing small follow-up projects, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Safeguarding and sharing knowledge about our systems and providing solutions for hardware and software problems.
- Drafting and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
We are looking for a young professional,- No IT background required, but a strong technical affinity is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness for professional growth and a proactive, independent work ethic.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Experience with hardware/software systems such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with software is a plus.
- Strong English skills are required, and knowledge of a second language (German or French) is preferred.
- Residing in the Eindhoven region is a plus to minimize commute time.
- Flexibility for remote working, while valuing collaboration in the office.
