Your RoleThis position requires a balance of technical customer service skills, administrative capabilities, marketing support, and strong interpersonal qualities.Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients and wholesalers via email, phone, and social media
- Process orders, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication.
- Collaborate with different teams as operations, marketing and finance.
Requirements
- German speaker with excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong Dutch skills (required); English is a plus
- Passion for customer service with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
- Experience with SAP & Microsoft Office is a bonus, but not required
