Job description

Our client is looking for a Digital Solutions Engineer. Digital is now, and they are looking for someone to start with this challenging job in an international organization based in Hoofddorp. Technology and digitalization is vital in the company's plans for growth and future service delivery, and to further strengthen their team, they offer an opportunity for a technically skilled and energetic person who can take part in developing their technical platform and digital services. 

As a Digital Solutions Engineer, you will report directly to the Manager IT and you will have a broad range of tasks and responsibilities, founded in your technical expertise, hands-on skillset, and insights in digital systems and integrations. This includes refining and implementing the new technology roadmap, integration of external (Cloud) systems, connecting technology partners and workflows, and bringing in new technology to allow for further development of digital services and insights in customers of the company. They work with various high-end technology platforms and introduce new technologies and tools on a regular basis to pursue their own goals and those of our customers. They aim for value-adding and scalable digital business services. With your experience, knowledge, and insights, you can drive a main impact on this journey. You will be working closely together with colleagues and vendors to ensure a high-performing digital implementation. Your responsibilities range from designing concepts and platforms to practical integrations, refining of existing platforms, and development of new services. 

Requirements

• Business level English
• You have experience with at least two of the following technologies/techniques: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, OutSystems, SQL Server, Azure Integration Services, T-SQL, JSON, XML, Message Queueing, Dell Boomi iPaas, Peregrine Connect’s Neuron ESB, SQL Management Studio.
• You have a software-based technical educational background and do not hesitate to use your knowledge as a platform to broaden your responsibilities.
• Preferably, you have hands-on experience with system integrations (ESB & API) via an enterprise integration platform, and you have an enterprise platform mindset, with the big picture in mind, always on the outlook for flexibility, automation, and digital efficiency.
• An extensive RFID setup and sophisticated item registration is part of their technology setup, and some experience in this area is preferred.
• Looking for a candidate with strong idea generation capabilities who is willing to experiment and develop, who should make technology happen!
• You probably have already been in your first job for some years and are ambitious to be part of an international “Make-it-happen” culture with a high level of autonomy on your own tasks and workday.
• As a person, you have good business understanding and are a self-starting professional with sound technical skills and a solution-oriented approach towards your colleagues.
• Need to have proven experience in a EU based company

Working conditions

• 40 hours per week available, 32 hours can be discussed
• Salary between EUR 3500 - 5000 gross based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience
• After training/onboarding you can work 3 days from home
