Job description

Our client is expanding their presence across Europe, hosting more congresses, webinars, symposiums, & educational events than ever before. To keep everything running smoothly and ensure each event delivers maximum impact, they’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Events & Operations Administrative support. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes organizer who keeps all the moving parts on track and helps bring high-quality healthcare education to thousands of professionals.
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards
  • Manage shipment and timely delivery of event materials, including printed and digital branding assets and product samples
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with material availability or delivery
  • Handle onsite logistics, including travel, accommodation, catering, booth setup, and dismantling
  • Prepare and manage pre-event and post-event administration, including agreements, invoices, and evaluations
  • Ensure events run seamlessly and on schedule, creating a smooth experience for all participants
Please note: this role is offered on a temporary basis to begin with. There is a possibility it could be extended or become permanent, but this cannot be guaranteed at this stage

Requirements

What we’re looking for:
  • >1 year experience in office work, event coordination, or project management
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
  • Ability to work onsite (Amersfoort) 2–3 days per week after onboarding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook
  • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, able to adapt when plans change
  • Proactive, confident, and ownership-driven, navigating diverse processes across countries
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills across multiple departments
  • You must be based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance of Amersfoort, and hold a valid work permit
