Job description

What will you do?
  • Issuing, sending, and managing invoices
  • Reviewing sales orders and preparing corresponding sales invoices
  • Liaising with the sales and logistics teams regarding invoicing matters
  • Monitoring and managing sales invoice deposit records
  • Recording and processing purchase invoices
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports
  • Assisting with various corporate administrative tasks

Requirements

Who are you?
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch or Korean is an advantage
  • Experienced with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available for full-time employment (40 hours per week)
  • You live in Amsterdam region

Working conditions

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • This is a long term position
  • The salary is between EUR 4000 - EUR 4500 per month gross, based on full time (the salary is depending on work experience and education)
  • Our client offers an initial one-year employment contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance 
  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Work Location: On-site at our Amsterdam office for the initial three months. Thereafter, one remote workday per week is permitted.

Their European headquarters is situated in Amsterdam, while the main corporate office is located in Asia. With a strong international presence through offices and distribution partners worldwide, the company is experiencing ongoing growth. As a result of this expansion, they are looking to strengthen their accounting team with additional support.You will join the international team in Amsterdam.
