As an Investor Success Specialist, you will be instrumental in guiding investors through their engagement journey. In this client-facing position, you will manage investor inquiries, ensure adherence to compliance standards, and contribute to attracting and retaining investors. Your efforts will help support transformative projects that align with our mission of creating lasting social impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new investors by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and providing a seamless experience.
  • Inquiry Management: Address redemption requests and other client inquiries promptly, ensuring alignment with our organization’s policies.
  • Compliance Oversight: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and maintain compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely entry of investor data into our administration systems.
  • Process Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing internal procedures, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Investor Engagement: Participate in marketing initiatives and support efforts aimed at increasing investor participation and capital growth.

Requirements

Qualifications We Seek
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably with direct client interaction.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations is a plus.
  • A Yellow Belt (Six Sigma) certificate is a plus.
  • Comfortable using various IT systems and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • An emphasis on careful attention and dedication to producing high-quality results.

This role is only 32h a week.
Salary from: €2700,-
Salary to: €3000,-
