As an IT Systems Administrator, you would be responsible for supporting your team members in the Netherlands and France with their networking, hardware and software questions/issues. You would also help to support the remote team members in Italy, Spain and the UK. Your specific responsibilities would include:

• Providing local and remote technical support to end-users;
• Maintaining the local IT inventory;
• Installing and troubleshooting end-user software;
• Providing mobile device support;
• Administering Disaster Recovery procedures;
• Support of other office systems (i.e. conference room A/V equipment, network, printers, etc.);
• Leading and managing local IT projects;
• Training end-users on new and existing solutions;
• Coordinating and purchasing local IT equipment for end-users;

Requirements

To be successful as an IT Systems Administrator in this company, you need to have a structured and hands-on approach, and a naturally helpful demeanor. Next to this, it's important that you are trustworthy and up-to-date with new technologies. Here is a list of the hard requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in an international IT Help Desk role, or a related education;
• Professional level of English (C1) and a communicative level of Dutch (B2);
• Excellent software knowledge;
• Experience supporting mobile phones;
• Familiarity with remote support options;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
