Junior Customer Success manager | German & Dutch

Job description
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key connector between the clients, their projects, and the company's community. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on ensuring long-term client success.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Client Enablement: Anticipate customer needs and translate them into effective assignments. Offer strategic guidance on how to best use the company’s tools to meet their objectives.
- Execution Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of assignments—from posting them in the app to monitoring shopper performance—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery visible in the live dashboard.
- Sales Support: Draft proposals for both short-term and ongoing projects. You’re motivated by more than just closing deals—you’re focused on optimizing commercial outcomes.
- Account Stewardship: Stay closely connected with your clients, offering advice, ensuring follow-through, and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Community Coordination: Help maintain the quality and readiness of the shopper network across multiple countries.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who’s entrepreneurial, dependable, and driven by results—someone who embodies the company's values: approachable, practical, meticulous, and innovative.
You also have:
- Fluency in German (C2) and Dutch (B2/C1).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail or in a role managing projects or client relationships end-to-end.
- A strong interest in retail and experience with in-store process optimization.
- A detail-oriented, self-starting, and proactive approach.
- The ability to stay composed and maintain oversight in high-pressure situations.
- A persistent, solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A desire to grow with the company and build your own client base.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team beyond your core responsibilities.
