Job description
As a
Workforce Management Specialist, you will play a key role in this transformation, leading the system implementation and ensuring a smooth transition to optimized long-term processes. This is an opportunity to shape the future of workforce management while developing into a systems expert and trusted partner to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- You oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and respond to user inquiries.
- Align system settings with policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- You partner with teams across Europe to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- You will maintain accurate data, produce reports, and deliver insights on workforce trends.
- You will resolve system issues, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance standards are met and implement updates, integrate new features, and lead process improvements.
- You will be responsible for delivering training, provide guidance, and handle system-related questions.
- You keep processes documented and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 4 days per month. Average people go 1-2 days to the office.
Requirements
Who are you?If you are passionate about HR technology, process improvement, and driving impactful change, this role is for you.
Required:- 1–2 years of professional experience, with proven background in Workforce Management.
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (at least C1).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, with a proactive and responsive approach.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience generating reports and analyzing data in various formats.
- Initial experience with UKG Workforce Management software would be a plus.
Working conditions
- This is a long term position.
- The start date will be ASAP
- The salary is between EUR 50K - EUR 55K gross annual, including 8% holiday money. The salary is depending on work experience and education
- Flexible hybrid model: home office combined with on-site presence at locations across Europe.
- Regular travel required within Europe (approx. 10%).
- Fixed-term contract: 1 year (with potential to extend)
- Other benefits: public transport card covered, pension contribution 21% (3,5 from the employee) and 29 days of holidays
- Bonus: 10% potential. However a new hire starting after October 1st would not be eligible for the bonus paid in March
Salary from: €50000,-
Salary to: €55000,-
